Before you read another word, let her tell you why these retreats exist — and who they were built for.

Why these retreats exist

I give people what I wish I'd had.

When my marriage ended, I had zero support.

It was my idea, so I was supposed to be fine. My circle was deeply religious and nobody around me had been through it. My parents weren't happy. My sister was too young to understand. I walked away from the marriage and from a family I loved, and I did all of it by myself. I was drowning.

What I needed was somewhere warm to go. Real conversations with women who had lived it. Time in nature, good food, and enough space to not lose myself in the middle of it.

That wasn't the only time:

  • The hard years with my daughter.
  • The day my last grandparent passed.
  • The business I walked away from, completely burned out.

Eventually I took myself to an island for ten days. It was the best thing I had ever done, and it changed my life. Then I went and got the training, the resources, the nervous system work — and put it all together into this.

Set your expectations

This is not like anything you've been to.

What it isn't
  • Working the entire time.
  • Crying the entire time.
  • Rehearsing the same story you already know by heart.
  • A pile of new tools and a plane ride home alone with them.
What it is
  • Recharging from the inside out.
  • Yes, we do the work — and you also laugh, and rest.
  • Deep bonds with women from all over the world.
  • Coming home already integrated.
There comes a time when making do just won't do.

The philosophy

I don't want a workaround for my own life.

Growing up, when something broke at the house it just never got fixed. Not because the repair was expensive. We simply made do. So the day I had a place of my own, I decided everything in it would work — something breaks, I call someone.

I hold my inner life to the same standard. I want to feel good in my own skin. I want to stop getting hijacked when someone says the wrong thing at the wrong moment. I want to be as healthy, as happy and as integrated as I can be — and do the work I was called to do in a way that's actually fun.

If you've been telling yourself I don't want this to be like this anymore, this is the chance to stop making do.

What the days hold

Warm place. Real work. Actual rest.

The place

An island

Beaches, warmth, and the places Mama Moon chose herself. There is something healing about being in nature — the islands do half the work.

The circle

Kept small

Mama Moon hosts small-size retreats on purpose. Intimacy is what lets the room go deep.

The work

The deep part

Nervous system work, honest conversation, and the tools she gathered after her own ten days away.

The rest

Hiking, nature, doing nothing

Time outdoors, time to breathe, and time where nothing is required of you at all.

The table

Delicious food

Long meals, incredible food, and the conversations that only happen around a table.

What you keep

Friendships and pictures

New friendships with women from all over the world — and photographs, so you remember who you were here.

Come on your own — it will be a blast and it will be healing. Or bring your bestie and rest together. Both work.

In their words

What women find on the other side.

A space where the nervous system finally comes home to itself. Where the parts of you that have been holding on so tightly can at last be held. Where the voice you've been drowning out rises to the surface — and the feelings you've spent a lifetime avoiding can move through you safely, with a guide who knows how to hold the lantern.

Stepping into sovereignty — by letting yourself be held
“What happened at the immersion was me stepping into my sovereignty, and I couldn't do that by myself. I had to let myself be held. I had to rest… So much of my life has been spent thinking I need to do everything alone.”

Finding your voice — through the question your soul was waiting for
“Mama Moon, you asked me, ‘what's the real reason you did that thing?’ And that was the right question to ask me. Because I was not entirely sure. I was confused. I had a vague sense of why I was called to do it. But that question, in the moment you asked it, really pushed me to come forward with what I had remembered.”

Naming the wound — and discovering healing is an act of self-love
“After lying in the presence of these guardian spirits working together to heal me, I found my voice. I found the courage to name a traumatic childhood experience my memory had protected me from, and once I could name it, I could begin to forgive. It showed me that forgiveness is a form of self-love. That I have the ability to heal myself.”
Immersion participant
The lightness on the other side of the shift
“I feel light. I just feel very light… It's as if this was the missing piece that clicks the puzzle together. Like, all the puzzle pieces now fit. I'm like, oh, that's why this thing happened, that's why I felt this way, that's why I was disconnected from my body… And now I have this information, I'm like — wow, that's great. What else can I do now?”

And we bring her with us

Mama Moon

“Mama Moon is the mother we all should have had. Including me.”

If you've been following her for a while, you already know what that means. She comes to the island with us.

The part nobody else does

You leave fully integrated.

Every retreat Mama Moon ever attended sent her home with tools and no way to land them.

So she built the piece that was missing. Implementation happens together, while you're still there — it's one of her favourite parts of the whole thing. You don't fly home overwhelmed, holding a stack of things you're not sure how to use.

Her one suggestion: stay home a few extra days afterwards. Marinate. It gets even more delicious.

How it works

The application is simple.

01

You apply

Mama Moon reads every application herself. Not an assistant, not a team — her.

02

You talk

A real conversation. She answers all of your questions, and you leave it with more clarity either way.

03

She invites you

If it's a fit, you decide together: one-on-one with Mama Moon, or in a group — and which retreat, and when.

One more thing

She's still in there.

The one you've been missing — she's amazing, and she's in there. I promise she is. It does get better. You just don't have to wait forever and ever for it, the way I did.

I love you, I'm rooting for you, and I'll see you super duper soon.
