Practice: Anchor + Reframe

From my 44‑card healing deck:

Anchor Yourself. Close your eyes. Imagine roots growing from your feet into the ground. With each breath, feel them deepen. Inhale safety, exhale release.

Heal Your Relationship With Failure. Write down a recent “failure.” Ask, What did this teach me? Reframe it as a lesson, not a loss.
