How’s your 2025 going so far? 🌟 Can you feel that “this is my year” energy humming in the air? Because I sure can! If it feels like I’ve been MIA for a while, you’re not wrong—I took almost two years off to heal, grow, and completely revamp how I show up for YOU.
And let me tell you, it’s been worth it. I’ve been working behind the scenes to build something that I know will help you leave behind the patterns, trauma, and fears that keep you stuck.
But first, let’s talk about something we ALL deal with: overflowing inboxes.
Clearing the Email Clutter
A couple of weeks ago, I took the (very grown-up) step of cleaning up my inbox. I hit "unsubscribe" on every email I hadn’t opened since the Jimmy Carter era. I figured—why keep holding onto things that no longer serve me? (That includes those pizza chain emails I’ve never used… let’s not talk about it.)
So, if your interests have shifted or these emails aren’t resonating with where you’re headed, no hard feelings at ALL if you choose to unsubscribe. ✌️
BUT, if you’re ready to keep rolling with me, here’s what you can expect in 2025: tools, resources, and practical steps to heal from trauma, shift old patterns, and embrace the most aligned version of yourself.
What I’m Sharing: Somatics, Hypnosis, and Sound Baths
You’ve probably seen these terms floating around before, but what do they mean, and why do they work? Let’s break it down:
1. Somatics: Listening to Your Body’s Wisdom
Somatics is all about reconnecting with your body to release stored trauma and stress. Here’s the wild thing—your body often holds onto experiences long after your mind has moved on.
The Science: Studies show that somatic practices can reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and chronic stress. For example, one study found that somatic experiencing reduced PTSD symptoms in 44% of participants within 10 sessions.
What This Looks Like: Gentle movement, breathwork, and guided awareness to help you feel safe in your body again.
2. Hypnosis: Rewriting the Subconscious
Hypnosis is like a shortcut to rewiring the patterns that keep you stuck. It works by putting you in a relaxed, focused state where your subconscious mind is more open to positive suggestions.
The Science: Research from the American Psychological Association shows hypnosis can be effective for treating anxiety, pain, and even phobias. A 2021 study also revealed that it can significantly improve sleep quality.
What This Looks Like: Guided sessions to help you shift beliefs, release fears, and create the change you’ve been craving.
3. Sound Baths: Healing Through Vibration
Sound baths use instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks to create vibrations that calm your nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
The Science: A 2016 study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Complementary & Alternative Medicine found that sound meditation reduced stress and anger while increasing feelings of spiritual well-being.
What This Looks Like: You lie back, close your eyes, and let the soothing sounds wash over you. It’s like a massage for your soul.
